Q:Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes. Discounts are available to groups on a case by case basis depending on the size of the group.

 

 

 

Q: How long does it take to receive certification cards?

A: Completion certificates are issued the same day as successful completion of the course most of the time. In some cases, temporary certification cards are issued and official cards are sent U.S. mail usually within 10-14 days.

 

 

 

Q: Do you offer continuing education units for training?

A: Yes. California BRN#15010 - Sac. County EMS Pre-Hospital Provider #34-4710. Note: California RN's cannot receive CE's for BLS courses.

 

 

 

Q: Will my state accept California CE's?

Q: My CPR or First Aid certification cards have expired. Do I still qualify for accelerated courses?

A: Yes

 

 

Q: My ACLS or PALS certification card has expired. Do I qualify for re certification?

A: Possibly. Please email us with details to your circumstances.

 

 

 

Q: Are all of your BLS, ACLS, PALS classes American Heart Association?

A: Classes on the calendar that are AHA will specify clearly that they are AHA. If you represent a group and need AHA training please email or call us.

 

 

Q: I missed my scheduled class. Can I receive a refund?

A: No. All sales are final. There are no refunds under any circumstance. Cancellations may transfer (once) into another class within the same calendar year (subject to availability). If the requested transfer class is also missed registration fees are forfeited entirely.

 

 

 

Q: I have lost my CPR card from 1906. Can I get a replacement card from you?

A: When requesting a replacement card, you must have the exact date when you took the class. There is a $10.00 processing fee. If you do not have the date you will be unable to receive a replacement card.
